Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SCC Chartered Accountants CRM, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the CRM.
Access and Use

The SCC Chartered Accountants CRM is intended solely for internal use by authorised employees and personnel.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring that unauthorised individuals do not access the CRM using their account.
Data Security and Privacy

Users are prohibited from sharing sensitive customer data or confidential information outside the organization.

SCC Chartered Accountants implements reasonable security measures to protect data within the CRM. However, users are responsible for reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches immediately.
Authorised Use

The CRM is to be used only for legitimate business purposes related to managing and enhancing customer relationships.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm the integrity or performance of the CRM.
AIntellectual Property

SCC Chartered Accountants retains all rights, title, and interest in the CRM, including any updates or modifications.

Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the CRM.
Support and Maintenance

SCC Chartered Accountants will provide reasonable support and maintenance for the CRM, including updates and bug fixes.

Users are responsible for promptly reporting any issues or malfunctions to the IT department or Practice Manager.
Termination of Access
SCC Chartered Accountants reserves the right to terminate access to the CRM at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
SCC Chartered Accountants may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the CRM constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By using the SCC Chartered Accountants CRM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
